Prof. Prachi Pachaury, Assistant Professor at I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad, participated in a Management Development Programme (MDP) on “Digital and Social Media Marketing,” organized by MSME-DFO, Okhla, New Delhi on September 09th – 13th, 2024.
The event saw the participation of over 35 attendees, including entrepreneurs, research scholars, early-stage business owners, and faculty members from various parts of India. The MDP provided a comprehensive exploration of key topics such as digital marketing, keyword analysis, social media strategies, branding, communication, and MSME schemes.
The programme aimed to simplify the concepts of digital marketing and its practical applications for both academicians and entrepreneurs, providing actionable insights to help participants leverage digital tools for growth and innovation.

AIMA 51st National Management Convention
I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad PGDM Students and Faculty members attended AIMA 51st National convention on September 11, 2024 at Hotel Taj Palace.
This mega annual event aims to focus on the challenges faced by the Corporates in India, their implications on the business scenario and deliberates on key strategies for successful business performance. Student of PGDM 2024-26 Batch, namely Jyoti Kumari, Pooja Mandal, Ravi Raj Thakur and Aaksh Gupta along with faculty member Prof. Yachana Malhotra attended the sessions.
The chief guest for the session Hon'ble Minister of Communication, Jyotiraditya M. Scindia engaged everyone with his energetic and full-filled delivery. Mr. Scindia focused on on empowering the Indian Economy with communication and making it future-ready by scrutinising calls and emails to prevent cyber-attacks, introducing newer initiatives like geolocated postal digipin and emphasizing developing local technologies, etc.
Other speakers in the panel were Mr Sanjay Kirloskar, Past President, AIMA and Chairman & MD, Kirloskar Brothers Ltd; Mr Nikhil Sawhney, Sr. VP, AIMA, & MD, Triveni Turbine Ltd; Ms Suneeta Reddy, Senior VP, AIMA & MD, Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Ltd; Mr T V Narendran, VP, AIMA and CEO & MD, Tata Steel Ltd; MsRekhaSethi, Director General, AIMA and MrSudhirJalan, Past President, AIMA & Chairman, Neo Foods Pvt Ltd addressed the Introductory Session
Post lunch Session- Women-Led Development on the focal theme “I did it my way” the session emphasized the role of women in India's development and acknowledged the importance of addressing various facets of a woman’s life cycle. The panel session raised some important questions on the mandatory presence of women in the leadership positions.
A panel discussion on "Breeding next unicorns: Refreshing India’s startup sector" with Mr Kanwaljit Singh, Founder & Managing Partner, Fireside Ventures; Ms Muskan Kakkar Co-Founder & COO, GoMechanic; Mr Gaurav Singh Kushwaha, Founder and CEO, BlueStone; Mr Mahesh Bhalgat, MD and Group CEO, Veeda Clinical Research Ltd. explored boosting funding for deep tech and identifying future unicorn opportunities at AIMA's 51st National Management Convention 2024.
In between the panel session there was an award function for Academic leadership in management education 2024 which was presented to Prof. Umakant Dash( Director institute of Rural management Anand).Jio high performance brand 2024 Award presented to Kapil Ahuja RK Swamy high performance brand Award was presented to reliance jio Infocomm Ltd.
The event provided networking opportunities and the opportunities to know about the corporate world. That extended beyond the academic for the budding managers.

Participation as a Session Chair in the International Conference on Digital Transformation :Business Economy .
Dr. Namita Mishra , Faculty of I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad participated as a Session Chair in the International Conference on Digital Transformation :Business Economy organized by Trade preneur Global research organisation and Polytechnic Institute of Beja Portugal on July 27-28, 2024 .
The objective of the conference was to provide a robust platform for Research paper presentation and discussion to promote research among all the active participants in the conference .The session was held on the basis of presentation of research papers & discussions . The experts talk based on the Session on Evolution of digitalisation and India's Achievements till 2024. Further the research papers were focused on use of Technologies for economic sustainability through different techno driven techniques.

Aman Goel, a student of the PGDM Batch 2023-25 and Dr. Rajeev Johari, faculty member at I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad has successfully presented a research paper at the prestigious 5th International Conference
on "Sustainability, Leadership, and Technology: Towards a Better Tomorrow." This conference was organized by the Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research (WeSchool), Mumbai, and took place on July 18-19, 2024. The event has attracted participants from across the globe.
The 5th International Conference was a significant academic event, featuring over 300 research papers presented by scholars, researchers, and industry experts from various countries. The conference aimed to address critical issues related to sustainability, leadership, and technology, focusing on innovative solutions and future trends.
Research paper was titled "Financial Frauds in the Era of Digitization: Challenges and Solutions," was a comprehensive study exploring the growing challenges of financial frauds in the digital age.

Dr. Namita Mishra, Professor of I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad participated as a Session Chair in the International Conference on “Digital Transformation & Sustainability of Business( ICD TSB)” organized by Vardhaman College of Engineering Hyderabad on March 29, 2024.
The objective of the conference was to provide a robust platform for Research paper presentation and discussion to promote research among all the active participants in the conference .The session was held on the basis of presentation of research papers and posters , discussions and followed with one to one feedback . The experts talk based on the Session on Evolution of digitalisation and India's Achievements till 2024 . Further the research papers were focused on use of Technologies such as AI, ML ,Cloud computing ,block chain in finance for financial inclusion and sustainability.

Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, Assistant Professor at I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad, Presented his Research Paper “A Study about the factors influence the Social Media users to purchase Goods” during National Conference on the topic “The Future of Retail Education Embracing Technology and Innovation” organized by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Delhi, School of Vocational Studies in Collaboration with Retailers Association of India (RAI), Mumbai on March 27th, 2024.
The Conference was organized on hybrid mode where around 20 selected papers were presented by Researchers & Scholars from various places of India.

Workshop attended by Management Faculty
Prof. Ashutosh Sharma, Assistant Professor at I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad, attended an online Two-weeks workshop on "Capacity Building Program - Advance Research Insights with Research Methodology and SEM Essentials" Sponsored by ICSSR & organized by IES's Management College, Bandra Reclaimation, Mumbai from March 11 - 22, 2024.
The FDP was organized on Zoom Platform where around 50 Faculty & Research Scholars participated from different parts of India. During the workshop, Research related very important aspects like; Simple and Multiple Regression Analysis, Structural Equation Modelling (SEM), Introduction to the software AMOS, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Common bias (CMB) test, Measurement Model Assessment, Discussing Fit Indices and higher order construct etc. were covered. Mr. Ashutosh Sharma was awarded with participation certificate.

I.T.S School of Management, Ghaziabad organised a visit to “Start-Up Mahakumbh” to Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi for PGDM (2023-2025) batch along with faculty members: Dr. Namita Mishra, Dr. Richa Narayan Agarwal, Dr. Manoj Kumar Jha, Dr. Vinay Kumar Srivastava, Dr. Indraneel Mandal and Prof. Ashutosh Sharma on Monday, March 18, 2024.
With an emphasis on fostering a conducive environment for start-up growth, the event served as a platform for inspiring dialogue and collaboration among budding entrepreneurs and industry experts.
The event started with the inaugural panel discussion on “Start-Up “Ecosystem. The discussion aimed to highlight the role of entrepreneurship and innovation in shaping India’s future.
The panel on “Incubator Start-up Centre of Excellence” deliberated on the importance of establishing incubators as centers of excellence to nurture and support budding start-ups across various sectors. The conversation delved into the realm of deep technology, emphasizing its significance in driving innovation and sustainable growth in the country’s economy.
The discussion highlighted the substantial funding opportunities available for start-ups, with a staggering $60 billion earmarked for the sector over the next two years. The panel expressed optimism regarding India’s potential to emerge as a global leader in entrepreneurship and innovation.
Later students visited exhibition and saw many new ideas being marketed through robust incubator start-up ecosystem. They saw how the potential of deep technology is driving innovation and economic growth, positioning India as a key player in the global start-up landscape.
Students had the opportunity to explore numerous start-up stalls, including well-known brands like Nyka, where they engaged in various activities and won exciting freebies. The event proved to be an enriching experience for the students, providing them with practical knowledge and hands-on learning opportunities.
