In a special session on “Powering Bharat’s Economic Transformation” by Dr. V Anantha Nageswaran, Chief Economic Advisor, Government of India, he underscored the importance of economic transformation and reflected on India’s economic history, highlighting its resilience in the face of global uncertainties. Dr. Nageswaran also emphasized the tangible outcomes of government policies, including significant improvements in supply infrastructure with modern highways, new trains, and faster toll processing.

Address by Shri Shaji KV: As the Chairman of NABARD, Shri Shaji KV shared his perspectives on the role of financial inclusion in driving economic growth.

He said that there is a great opportunity in the field of fuel production in India. She attended the campus immersion and convocation programme at IIM Shillong from 25th-29th September, 2024. Over the course of the year, she delved into 8 comprehensive modules covering a wide array of HR topics, Human Resource Development Strategic Connection Talent Acquisition Strategy and Succession Planning Strategic Workforce Planning Employee Engagement and Relations Total Rewards, HR Analytics, Role as HR Business Partner and Emerging HRM Landscape. The rigorous curriculum, research projects, assignments, and module exams have equipped her with a deep understanding of the strategic and operational aspects of HR.
