The primary objective of the workshop was to bring together professionals and enthusiasts, fostering an exploration of the dynamic realms of digital literacy, machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence.

The inaugural day commenced with a focus on Digital Literacy Training, encompassing an overview of digital literacy sessions, emphasis on key skills, and active participant engagement with feedback mechanisms. The subsequent exploration of Machine Learning included discussions on notable advancements, real-world case studies, and hands-on exploration of practical applications.

Day two extended the learning experience with in-depth sessions on Machine Learning, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence. The Data Science segment encapsulated presentations summarizing key insights, exploration of tools and methodologies, and the sharing of data-driven insights. The parallel Artificial Intelligence sessions delved into crucial insights, ethical considerations, and engaging discussions on future trends and innovations.

The workshop's participant interaction was facilitated through networking opportunities, collaborative activities, and insightful Q&A sessions. Participants recognized the pivotal role of digital literacy training in program effectiveness, actively identifying areas for improvement.

The key takeaways from the event were substantial, emphasizing novel perspectives such as the role of I.O.T and I.O.T in management and cyber security. The workshop highlighted the powerful synergy between digital literacy, machine learning, data science, and artificial intelligence, showcasing their collective impact on driving innovation and efficiency.

The Resource Persons was Mr. Rakesh Seth, Corporate Trainer, Mentor.

Mr.Rakesh Seth told elaborated on the importance of group behavior. He explained why and how people behave in different group and in different situations. Mr. Rakesh Seth elaborated on the importance of group behavior.

In the first session, he explained the ideas of groups and teams, pointing out what makes them different. He also elaborated on how important both teams and groups are in an organization, each playing a vital role in achieving the organization's goals.

In the second session, he organized a fun activity for students. They got blocks to create something together, using their creativity and teamwork with 10 team members. The goal was to see how well the team could work together and identify any challenges that arise in accomplishing the task. It provided a hands-on way for students to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their team. The students enjoyed this practical approach to teamwork.

The session was full of learning for the students. 

The Resource Persons was Mr. Alakshendra Mishra, General Manager, Business Development at Satra Services and Solutions Private Limited. The event was graced by the presence of esteemed Director Dr. Timira Shukla along with Prof. Neha Shrotiya and Dr. Rajeev Johari.

Mr. Mishra emphasized the evolving demands of marketing in the 21st century, shedding light on the pivotal role of innovation. He underscored that innovation and creativity go hand in hand with understanding the customer’s needs, gaining valuable customer insights, and staying informed about competitors. These elements constitute the bedrock of contemporary marketing analysis. This session was a remarkable opportunity for the students to grasp the dynamic nature of marketing in today’s business landscape. 

The session aimed to enhance the students' understanding of the art and science behind persuasive marketing techniques and its relevance in contemporary business scenarios. The resource person for the workshop was Mr. Sarabjit Singh, Executive VP at Bandhan Mutual Funds.

The workshop was designed to create an interactive learning environment. Mr. Singh encouraged active participation from the students, encouraging them to share their perspectives and experiences related to marketing strategies and persuasion techniques.

Throughout the workshop, Mr. Singh explored various key concepts related to the science of persuasion in marketing

He also pointed out some important aspects like; Communication, Presentation, Appearance, Attitude etc. to be prepared for job-interviews. He answered all the queries asked by the students satisfactorily.

At last Prof Neha Shrotriya presented a memento as a token of gratitude to Mr. Sarabjit Singh.

The Resource Persons was Mr. Debashish J. Das, Co- Founder, Humanlinks Learning.

The workshop was inaugurated by the Director, ITS School of Management , Dr.Timira Shukla, in the presence of  Mr. Debashish J. Das, Prof. Kumar Biswas  & Dr. Shailendra Kumar Dube besides PGDM II year students of Strategic Management .

Prof. Timira Shukla in her opening remarks, laid emphasis on the “First Hand Experience” through “ Simulation Games” because it helps one to enhance its decision making capabilities and get a holistic picture of the organization.

Mr. Debashish J.Das introduced simulation game “ BankStrat” to the participants,  which was about the banking operations and how to perform on four given parameters.

In the first “Demonstration Round”, two students scored 63 out of 80, and in “Assessment Round” majority of students achieved the green band. There was a final round for self improvement too. The top successful students also shared their strategy with the participants. The PGDM Chairperson, Dr. Anusha Agarwal presented Memento and Plaque to Mr. Debashish J. Das, for his contribution towards simulation games.

Dr. Timira Shukla, Director, I.T.S School of Management addressed the workshop with her opening remarks on the theme.

Mr. Neelabh Pathak spoke on the concept of Entrepreneurship and Innovation with idea creation, market pitch, product delivery and financial aspects with different examples. He interacted with students on the concept of new startups and their implementation in the society. 

Mr. Pathak talked about Cyber Security in our day to day lives and Cyber Security for Cyber – Physical Systems, He talked about what AI Ecosystem for Uttar Pradesh Government. He stressed on how E-Spin Nanotech works and how N-95 mask was invented and how is it different from other masks.

He gave some tips for presenting the idea in front of investors as an entrepreneur like keep precise number of slides, rehearse well, etc. Overall the session was excellent and the students learned a lot in terms of future requirement of their ideas perspectives. The program was informative and insightful for students and others.    

The objective of this SDP was to make the participants understand the importance of winning mindset and positive attitude for self and organizational growth.

Director, Dr. Timira Shukla welcomed all the staff members, appreciated their work and encouraged them to attend this valuable session for further enhancing their team working skills and develop a winning attitude.

Resource persons for the program, Dr. Shikha Arora and Prof. Yachna Malhotra conducted various innovative activities to train the staff on Positive thinking and growth mindset.

An ice-breaking session was conducted initially to help everyone connect with each other. During this session, participants introduced themselves and shared their feelings of gratitude towards various things and events in their lives.

The training comprised of a combination of slide shows and engaging activities aimed at sensitizing the staff members to understand and develop a winning mindset through self-exploration, demonstrate a positive attitude in the workplace, and comprehend group dynamics and team-building skills.

Activities such as, Minefield for developing trust, interpersonal communication and team building were conducted to help participants understand and demonstrate the importance of these aspects. A total of 16 staff members actively participated in the program and thoroughly enjoyed the session.

The outputs and experiences they had during the program overwhelmed the participants, making the session interesting and enjoyable for all.

Mr. Gaurav Malikintroduced the Effective Communication Framework – Listen, Think, Speak/Write, Non Verbal, Communication with people in various scenarios and especially around sales strategies – how to apply in corporate work. Workshop helped the students to learn how to engage in dialogue, remain curious, and align your communication to specific goals. Students practiced meaningful communication from one-on-one meetings, to group discussions, and virtual meetings and presentations. Understanding of Sales Funnel and Sales Mind map really helped students to overcame their sales and target myth.

The workshop concluded with students group presentation assessments scheduled on  9th and 10th May, 2023 respectively.
